What's up with Babel Fish translation?

As I mentioned before on a previous thread I just started bidding on Yahoo Japan. (By the way I wanna say thanks to everybody that replied to thread " Celga vs. Rinkya". It was really helpful.
O.K here is the problem. Every time I try to translate a web page on Yahoo Japan I get an error massage. I am suppose to copy/paste the URL in to the box at Babel and select the language right?
I want to know if everybody else is experiencing the same problem and if so can anybody recommend another FREE online translator that translates WEB PAGES like Babel does?

Actually, Babel works great for any other Japanese text sites--even other auction sites. I've just never gotten it to work for YJ.
