bad burgers

I did a somewhat bad thing to Rubberslug tonight. Had to restore from backup.

The good news is that the backup works. Yay. We've never had to use it before now. =) The other good news is I figured out where all the chat badness goes. It stores it up in one biiig file on the server. Then that file blows up. So I can probably fix the chat room sometime soon.

Everything should be back to normal, but please let me know if I broke anything in the process... (i.e. -- missing any images, can't post wishlist items, stuff like that.)

We need t-shirts for this. "I survived the RS chat meltdown", would be a good logo.

At least one positive thing came out of the meltdown. But I'm gonna miss our hourly bootage.

I know how to fix the bootage, but I haven't done it yet. I pretty much have to dredge up the entire chat room and do it over. It was just done in a very wrong way. Nothing else to do but redo the serverside part.
