To load your cels you need to log in and on the (MY ACCOUNT) page you will see a (add artwork)
link, Click on it and it will tell you how to add your artwork.

Make sure that you resize your pictures. If you leave them in the original size that you scanned them as, the website won't accept them. I know because I had that trouble when I first started out. XD The recommended size for standard-sized cels is 360 pixels, 150 for the thumbnail, and 530 for oversized cels.

You need a scanner to scan your cels. If you scan your cels by a scanner, you should save them as jpg files. Then you can upload your jpg files in your RS gallery, like Roy said.....

So you should do:

Scan your cels by a scanner.
Save images in jpg files.
Upload jpg files to RS gallery.

If you do not have a scanner, you might be able to use previous owner's images. Then upload them to RS gallery.
