what is the whol money thing is that like real money or do u like collect it or something

What do you mean by "the money?" The only thing besides the RS shop that I can think of that involves money is the donation option. That's just money to help keep the site running. It's an option since this is a FREE service, so if people can give little contributions, Jason can keep things running smoother.

well like when u keep a cel on hold then the person who owns it emails u back and like i think u have to pay money for it

Are you trying to ask, how do you pay for a cel?

If you are, it depends on the seller.

Some use an online service called Paypal.

Some accept Money Orders.
(which you can buy at the bank or post office)

Some take personal checks.

If they're a store,they might take Credit Cards over the phone.

Or when all else fails cash.

Well, with the Rubberslug community shop, which is the shop on this site, you are buying cels from fellow-collectors. Most of them are selling cels to trim down collections or get more money to cover other purchases. If it doesn't list on the summery what kind of payments they accept, they you can contact them. Yes, they want real money. ^-^ Believe me.

To contact any of the sellers in the Community Shop, click on the link to their gallery. Then click on the link that says "Feedback." You need to fill out a form--it asks for your name, email, and then just write what you want to ask.
