Markings on the cel front...

Hello all,
I've received a cel which has a faint black marking on the front. It looks like someone grazed the cel with the tip of a medium to broad point black marker. Any ideas on how to remove this, if possible?

Hello Gb,
It can be removed with a cotton swab and a little bit of alcohol, just don't let it touch the paint or lines on the front of the cel.
Take your time and use as little as needed to remove the marker,DON'T RUB HARD be very easy , Blot don't rub to dry with a cotton t-shirt after you remove the marker.
Sometimes the marker can be removed with a baby wipe like you clean babys bottoms with.

If it's lines from another cel that came off and stuck to the cel, Use a new pencil eraser and use the edge of it to remove the old cel line stuff very easy on the rubbing so you don't scratch the cel.
