Mononoke cel is uploaded
Absolutely stunning.
As a fellow Mononoke cel collector I can honestly say this is one of the nicest cels I've seen from it. Congrats on such a find!^_^

The backing paper can be removed with a damp cloth not dripping wet very easy.
*NOTE* use distilled water not drinking water it will not stain your cel or leave water marks as distilled water has no minerals in it.
Lay the cels face down on a clean white t-shirt and lay the cloth on the backing paper and let it stay there for 15 to 30 min or until the paper is wet though.
you can keep checking every few min and at some point the paper will come off very easy and will not hurt the paint on the cels, The cels are cleaned at the production companys with water and a soft cloth just before shooting to clean off finger prints and dust so the water will not hurt your cels.
After you remove the paper pat dry any water left on the cel with a very soft cloth don't rub or wipe as this may scratch the cel.
You may see little fibers on the back of the paint as long as the fibers are on the back of the paint and not on the clear part of your cel you can leave them as they will not hurt anything to be there, If you see them on the clear part pat dry and when the cel is all dry most of the time you can blow them right off.
I have done this for others with $10,000 Disney cels and charged them $500 to do this but there is no reason you can not do this yourself and save the bucks for your frame.
If you need any help I can walk you though it on the phone email me and I'll send you my phone number.
A cel setup as nice as yours needs a nice background to go with it.
I hope this helps some.
