It's been a while since I've changed the poll. It's been quite busy around here lately.

It's time. In the next few weeks, I'm going to test the market for Rubberslug gear with a batch or 30 or so shirts. They'll be simple at first (plain old logo shirts) before branching out into more amusing designs. Amusing meaning humorous and/or more creative things on them.

We have a few designs up our sleeve (*snicker*), but we'll probably only spend the money to put them out if there's a sufficient feedback for the shirts.

I'm thinking about baseball caps too, because I like caps. The only rule is that I won't print something that reeks of dorkiness. Anime gear is notoriously tacky. I'm not exactly a fashion snob, but I wouldn't go out to a social gathering (no, not even among my geek engineer friends) with a Nadesico shirt or a shirt with Japanese characters that says something stupid like "Anime Freak!". I lump those in with the "all your base are belong to us" nonsense. (Please note: I really like Nadesico. Just not as a shirt.)

The first run of shirts will probably be unisex, black, with sizes ranging from s-xl. Naturally, since we'll be wearing these too, we won't settle for crap shirts. They'll be printed on the highest quality blanks the printers can provide (heavyweight cotton, either Hanes or American Apparel... those seem to be the priciest).

Expected size distribution for the first limited run are 5 small, 10 medium, 10 large, 5 xl. Maybe we can stamp an "A1" in the corner.

Female form-fitting styled shirts have been mentioned multiple times in the past. That'll probably be the next run.

Payment will be through Paypal at first, with credit card processing coming after I code up a merchant gateway.

Don't have much time to post - gotta run to work, but I'd like to reserve one of the XL shirts. Can't pass up a chance to get a first edition Rubberslug shirt! ^_^

I think a simple logo shirt would be great. People will probably be scratching their heads when they see it and wonder what the heck it means. ^_^

Put me down for one medium,one large and one extralarge for a total of three.
