Aligning Test on Homepage?

Wondering about how to avoid covering up the TITLE in situations where a user posts an image in the HOME PAGE BANNER section.

Regardless of the HOME PAGE BANNER once, noticed once the image is up the title is covered up somehow. Hm. Thoughts?

Also is there anyway to perhaps manually change the alignment of the TITLE text? I.e. say a user posts an image in HOME LEFT BANNER, is it possible to justify the TITLE text to the right side or vice versa?

Just experimenting. If it's already possible, must be missing something. Any pointers would be appreciated. Thanks!
