Help with identifying Evangelion cels.

Basically I'm looking for someone who can please identify a couple of Neon Genesis Evangelion cels that have yet to get to me. ^_^ Any help would be appreciated.

One I'm keeping, one I'm selling, so I'd like to clarify what the one I'm selling is before I do.

The above cel I am keeping and I know it's Misato. However I was wondering if anyone could identify the episode she's from or the scene. Tough task =P Well... for me anyway. Might be easy for someone else. Anyway, onto the next.

The above one is the one that I plan to sell at some point. To me, it looks like Asuka in the entry plug before the lights have been switched on. I'd like someone to confirm that for me if they could and also maybe provide an episode number or scene it's from so I know a bit more about it. The number of the cel is B-3 END apparently.
