Description	What? You don't know where this cel came from? That's alright neither do I! But it's pretty nice looking and it's not stuck to the background. I have to say I do find this way of drawing eyes with the white centers interesting. (Also seen in Sailor Moon whose creative team did Cutey Honey Flash as well)
