Update, in more ways than one. HA! last modified: Monday, December 11, 2006 (4:01:47 PM) I have a new cel! (paid for before the crunch came. I feel a little guilty now, it was only .99 cents tho.) Flower Witch Maribell in One Cel Wonders.
So I opened the mailbox today, and what should I find, but a bill from my old apartment complex! For $2731.14 ! I laughed, LAUGHED I tell you, because the 30-day statute of limitations was up LAST FRIDAY! She can whistle for it! I'm not paying. In fact, I'm demanding my $150 security deposit back, plus 4 years interest. If she wants to try and go to court for it, I'll dig up the Ohio Revise Code that says she broke the law when she only gave us 7 days to "clean up" our apartment. Law says 30 days. Bitch. So she can sit and spin. HAHAHA! And the bank said they're going to clear the charges, all I have to do is sigh the affidavid. (Which is what I figured.) But it might take a while. Oh well. I have a secret Santa (you know who you are! <3 ) So things are looking up, and there WILL be Christmas for the kiddies.

I do not know you but I am so glad everything worked out. I read your last blog a couple of days ago and felt terrible for you. Amazing how some people can keep twisting that knife. Anywho I am happy to hear/read everything worked out in the end. Take care :D
Why does this person persist in harassing you? I can''t figure out what kind of crazy personal agenda she has. I''m glad that things are working out, though. BTW I like the Christmas decorating here!
