It shipped, but it didn't?

Some time ago, I won and paid for a Daa! Daa! Daa! cel. It arrived in the US just fine. Now it's suddenly listed as shipped, when I can't even remember if I asked for it to be shipped. I emailed Nick at SMJ and asked them to check on it, to see if I had in fact asked for it, and then forgotten I did. He told me that only one item was shipped for me recently, and that was the Tennimon sketches. I freaked, thinking maybe it had come with that shipment, I hadn't seen it and maybe threw it out. But he said only ONE item (meaning one particular auction), so that cel couldn't have been included. So then, where is it? I'm all scared and worried and don't know what to do :(

I had a similiar problem with SMJ once. It''s one of the only 2 issues I''ve ever had with their service. In short, my item arrived at the facility, but it somehow dissapeared and didn''t arrive with my shipment. They checked around and couldn''t find my item.

Even though it was a rare item(some Sailormoon seals), SMJ was nice enough to refund me the full amount of the purchase(including the deputy fees). This is what will likely happen should SMJ not be able to find your item.

At the risk of being mauled by Nick''s fanclub, I gotta say that it''s reasons like this (and others) that I no longer use SMJ as my deputy service. I pay a bit more for Rinkya, but they''ve never screwed me over. Ever.
