Digital shows means no cels?

Something that has been worrying me lately is the trend of digitally made shows. That's all fine and good, but it means anything that pops up, be they character sketches or genga or douga, will be very expensive, considering there will be NO cels! Any favorite scenes or characters will not be available in cel form. Luckily I have not become a fan of any of those shows... yet.

But for recent favorites, like Cosmic Baton Girl Comet-san, and Princess Tutu, I have found NOTHING - not even sketches - of these shows. Comet sketches exist - I saw some once - but this is proving to be quite a challenge. Several cel sites, and even in Yahoo! Japan and Google Japan, the searches have come up with nothing. Am I working for nothing? Do they no longer exist, or are simply sitting in an otaku's closet in Japan, never to see the light? Perhaps in the back of a shop in Japan for 600 yen that I'll never know are there?

I think about this a lot. It's rather depressing.

I''ve also the same trouble with Witch Hunter Robin. I don''t know where some folks have found their Last Exile sketches.
