The Hunt for the Perfect Deal last modified: Sunday, January 30, 2011 (12:24:15 PM) Usually at this time of year, I always seem to find all the best deals and even sometimes find one of my wish-list cels. Well, this time around I managed to find three major cels that I have been searching for 5 - 12 years. All three of them are early, 1930's cels from Walt Disney. I am heading over to pick up two of them this week and the 3rd one next week. Will be making some major updates to the Disney section within the next month or so.
Congratulations! Without seeing them, I know these will be major finds, as the early 1930s was a formative time for Disney and for animation in general. Looking forward to the great unveiling!
