Rei - that''s too bad. I was happy I was able to revamp my gallery, but I have seen a lot of people posting on the forum that they haven''t been able to update. Hopefully Jason will either come back or pass on the torch before this place dies a slow death :(

I tried contacting Jason, but I haven''t heard back from him. I asked him to check out the forums and look into some of the site issues if he had time. I have no idea what he''s up to. I just hope he can find time to work on RS soon. Cheers, y''all. It''s nice to see so many folks posting here.

Hi Shemp, good thing you contacted him, I think it'' a shame he let this site slide :( I remember I once suggested him to start a sort of Premium Membership thingy, where people would pay a small monthly fee in exchange for additional options for their gallery. Just to help pay for his expenses and keep his interest going. I think it could be a solution. I read several people tried to contact him without succes though. And Kira - I''ll try ^^
Heh, well, you spotted me first! ^_^ I just stepped back in thanks to Batman Beyond actually being a cel generated show! So good to see some familiar names! Is Anime Beta still going? Wendy, your gallery looks fab! And your artwork is stunning! I particularly like Dean Winchester! *__* Very nice job on that. I have a doll I put together of him. You still have great taste! imho ~_^

I''m not much on Beta anymore, only for sales, but there are still a couple of familiar faces there. And what Batman did for you, DBZ is doing for me. Hopefully I can do a little update soon ^^
Yep, I''m still alive too. Community VERY quiet these days. I still have $4.95 a month coming out of my PP account every month for my sponsorship. Contemplating cancelling it. I also emailed Jason in March or Feburary asking him about the future of RS and he never answered my email. I believe it''s time to pass the torch to someone else to finish Jasons'' vision. The site is dying, at least in my opinion anyway. I should get what I paid for, a ROI and fully functioning web site, and perhaps others might feel they same way I do right now. I am using Google Chrome and I am able to update.
Better yet... I should file a PP dispute to get his attention AND then possibly file papers to get my $143 in sponsor fees returned.

Good to see you''re still here as well ^^ I think it''s a bad sign Jason hasn''t contacted you, especially since you send him money every month :( It means he has completely detached himself from Rubberslug now and that''s not preferable for either side. Personally I have never been a monthly donator, I just sent loose donations every now and then, but I immediately would have become a monthly donator if it meant this site would be updated and maintained more. I think you''ve been very generous with your patience. Hopefully Jason will see your blog.
Oh, and I have been able to upload two new cels as well, even though they are hidden now. I''m on Safari, so that seems to work fine.
Hi Wendy! :) Long time since I''ve spoken with you. Glad to see you here. Yes, I survived the huge RS Sailor Moon Flame Wars back in the day. There''s only maybe 4 or 10 of us left who are active now in that zone- all on friendly terms. It''s not much money--about a $100, accrued over the 3 years of his absence. I''m getting fried on Anime Beta right now over my post over this issue and reposting by RS blog on the official Beta "Rubberslug Issues" thread. I''m not afraid of the consequences. I have been very patient and generous. I wish more people saw it that way on Beta. That is my whole point. The silence is deadly. You should stop by AB and read what I wrote. I may lose friends and/or my gallery over this; but, I feel it''s time the truth came out. I''ve been here for almost 9 years now. I''ve loved the little piece of anime paradise I''ve built. But somethings gotta give, something''s gotta change.
