I bought my last present at 6:02 PM today :P Just some extras though, I'm not foolish enough to leave the important presents to chance... at least not this year ;) It's crazy out there but I love going shopping xmas eve. I guess it's the excitement and how everyone has this common goal. It's also fun to help other shoppers, since many of the employees are too busy (or clueless, no offense). The bad thing is that it's exceedingly easy to get in a car crash. I passed by a bunch. I just finished wrapping presents at 2:45 AM! I had this idea that I'd make them look really pretty this year and I had no idea it would take that long. Now all I have to do is get up in 4 hours to drive to my mom's house... so I can fall asleep in a bed of wrapping paper :)
Just don''t fall asleep at the wheel! (remember the car crashes?) Pleasant dreams in the wrapping paper!!! ^_^
i was thinking the same thing, leah. that he/she doesnt fall asleep at the wheel.
Don''t you love the thrill of the hunt? The challenge of purchasing everything you have to before the deadline? hehe! Hope you have a happy holiday =)
I didnt fall asleep at the wheel but I was a bit late. Everyone expects that of me by now though. They say "be here at 9" if they want to see me at 10. wELCOME cONSUMER, yes, the thrill of the hunt! Much like a certain hobby I have... ;) I hope you all had a fun and safe holiday :) |
