It makes me sad, too. At the same time, the last time I ordered from them, I never got the DVDs. And I could not contact anyone to get any sort of assistance with my order or a refund. I wondered at that time whether or not they were going to stay in business, as it was very unlike them -- at least, based on my prior dealings with ADV.
