It's a... last modified: Thursday, December 20, 2007 (8:17:08 PM) BOY!!
We had our first sonogram and learned that not only is the embryo very healthy and has all the right organs and ten fingers and toes, we learned that it is a very active little boy. He was flailing his arms and legs all over the place. That's going to be so much FUN when he gets strong enough for me to feel it. The whole experience was neat to watch. We were able to see the little heart beating, the stomach, the kidneys, the brain, and the entire spinal column. The tech asked me if I knew he was sitting on my bladder. I told her I had an idea as I've had to pee every 45 minutes today. She tried to encourage him to move up higher in the uterus, but he was stubbornly comfortable where he was. Everyone rest assured that now that I know it's a boy, we will not be naming him Trunks, Miroku, Sephiroth, or anything animelicious. If anyone wants to see pictures of the sonogram, I'll be posting them on my main site. ^_^ Hey Rin! You're half right! We'll see if he arrives when you have predicted as well.

YEah... japanese names... /animeish.... Like Taka? oo. Short,simple, japanese but just so happens to be a name from a character in Fushigi Yuugi. LOL congrads ^__^

Congrats!! YAY!!!! I think he does need an anime name. Hmmmm, but what could it be. ^_~ When is the due date? What names are you REALLY considering?
Awww, thanks, everyone! He is due May 27th, and we''re still tossing around names, but we''ve agreed to keep it a secret until the big day. It''s mainly because I have a habit of changing my mind. A lot. ~_^
