Update on the Updating and other stuff... last modified: Saturday, January 05, 2008 (9:10:11 AM) Well, finally some of the vast pile of cels that were purchased quite a while ago have been posted. There's still more to go, especially several tricky-to-scan pan cels, but progress has definitely been made. Due to all the time and money that our new/old house is demanding, I have had less time and $$ than before to sink into cels and the gallery, so most updates are for less popular series like Cyber Team in Akihabara, Tonde Buurin, and Bomberman. Still, I think that many of the cels that have been added are still quite charming and most have original backgrounds. Anyway, thanks to all of you who have been looking for checking out our gallery this year. A little while back we passed 40,000 hits and I know I couldn't be responsible for all of them. Thanks again to those that helped answer the "what are those little piggies saying?" posts. Information from you has been added to both cels. Happy New Year to you all!
HAPPY NEW YEAR!! You''ve been about as scarce as I have been! ~_^ *HUGS* Oh, and yup. Still plugging away with the doll stories. Taken a bit of a darker turn recently to tell a bit more of Kyouzou (HIchigo). Got a tan Soo Ri coming in eventually, so going to set the stage for his entrance as well. ~_^ What can I say? I''m a freak. XD
No matter what series you update, Vapalla, the cels you add are always gorgeous, special, and a real treat to look at. I hope things are still going well with the house. *HUGS*
Heh. If Dr. Barnes had sunk all his patent medicine money into the art that was insanely popular at the time, he''d have ended up with the boring and largely bogus collection of "Old Masters" that most people with more money than sense had. Either that, or the equivalent of some people''s collection of Thomas Kinkade lithographs on canvas (with COA personally signed by the artist!). Thankfully, Dr. Barnes (and you) had sense and taste. Thanks for being a great role model for those of us who care more about good art than current series popularity.
