Damn customs

I know that most of the people here is from the US, and how lucky you are! You don't only have to pay lots more on shipping for cels, mangas or books, but you also can buy merchandising overseas without getting charged ridiculous ammounts of money for the concept of 'taxes and customs charges'.

I live in Chile and here the custom is like a thieves hole where everybody want to have a piece of you. And believe me it's worst in Peru and other countries around me. I was telling a friend that some years ago I bought a single cd for $5 in cdnow, the thing is that when it arrived to the country I had to pay taxes and custom charges for a total of US$25 O_O And once a cel provider in Japan dared to include an invoice. No matter how much I tried to explain the people in customs that what was received was 'just a drawining made by a friend' and not merchandising, they still charged me with taxes and all that load of bs they have.

Yes they charged me again today >_< and Im upset, damn the greedy governments! *raises fist*


The good thing is that I received two DBZ cels that I've wanted to add to my gallery for a very long time. Harris thank you so much! you're absolutely wonderful!

Im gonna start working in my update this week, today I added two cels... maybe tomorrow I'll add more.
