Help identifying these charaters

Could somebody please help identifying these 2 characters
first is from Saint Tail

edit - since identified the Space Pirate cel as Ranban.

I have (5) Space Pirate Mito cels if you want to add them to your collection. I worked on the English dvd but have since lost interest in cels from the series. PM me if you want - would be cheap!
