Unable to create Rubberslug account

I have spoken with a handful of collectors who have said that they were unable to create a rubberslug account, I tried making one myself using a different email and when it came to finding the confirmation email, there wasn't one anywhere I looked including the spam etc.

This has been the main issue with everyone I have spoken to, never-mind updating the website (long overdue) but can someone please fix the issue preventing collectors from creating an account, thanks
