Unknown Dragonball cel - What is Goku Kicking

Hello, I am about to rip my hair out trying to find the location in the series where this Goku Cel takes place. Ive had it for a while, and I always thought I knew where it occurred, (where he is fighting King Piccolo in front of the castle), however, I was totally wrong and I cannot find it anywhere! I figured it couldn't be that hard to find since the picture of Goku is pretty big, and it is a key cel, but I still have yet to find it. Some people on here are more Dragonball-experts, so I figured I could ask out and see if anyone could help.

Please feel free to give any suggestions, I'd really appreciate it and it would help ease my mind! It bugs me when I own a cel and cannot find where it belongs in the series.
