Unkown Dragonball cel - What is Goku Kicking?!

Hello, I am about to rip my hair out trying to find this cel!!

I've had it for a while, and I thought for sure I knew where this Cel took place, (during his fight with King Piccolo in front of the castle), but it turns out I was wrong and I cannot find it anywhere! I was wondering if anyone happened to have a clue and was willing to help me out? I'd really appreciate it and it would help me out a lot!
