cel rankings fixed

Did a major cleanup of the database today. Phew.

- Orphaned "ghost" items removed.
- Cel rankings fixed. Were your "move item up/down" buttons broken? Try it now.

This should fix most of the cases of this happening on the site but it does not correct the underlying problem. The item upload and management features are being rewritten before going live with RS v3 so hopefully that will prevent this from happening to future uploads.

Does anyone out there know how to consistently break a particular item category? If you do, please let me know.

The only thing we know of is the "Opening Credit" indicator.
Whenever we edit an OP item, every item we edit afterward suddenly becomes an OP. At least, that's how we remember it (not) working.
Is that the type of thing you're asking about?
